The Makeup Smile

I think it is safe to say that time is taking its own toll to bring a new light to life. A few more bumps to the road have been added and each have a different purpose. It will never a straight path or a smooth ride. As the thoughts roll in my head, I can always see the silver lining no matter how much it is clouded or blurred.

To be serious or to not be serious has been a conflicting question to take into consideration. It leaves a confusion in my heart when I search for an answer that may not be the right one. Sometimes the resolution is overlook it and take the hit however it comes.

“Oblivion is bliss”: how true it really is. Floating in cloud nine kind of feeling. I can relate when I am in denial or in a lethargic attitude to deal with it. Through pain, bewilderment, doubt and disappointment, I shall still smile. We have one life to live and forgive.
